Thank you for shopping with LULUMUND. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Because our wigs are custom-made based on your exact specifications, we operate a strict final-sale policy to protect product hygiene and ensure fairness to every customer.

1.⁠ ⁠All Wigs Are Final Sale

All wigs are made to order according to the details provided by the customer. 

For this reason:

All orders are final sale once production begins.

We do not offer refunds for our wigs except in rare cases approved by our team and only where the error is clearly from our side.

2.⁠ ⁠When a Return or Refund May Be Approved

We may approve a return, replacement, or refund only if:

You received a completely different wig from what you ordered.

There is a verified mistake on our part in fulfilling your order.

Important: Approval is decided by our team after review.

3.⁠ ⁠What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect information on cap size or specifications provided by the customer

Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or third-party logistics

Packages marked as delivered but misplaced after delivery

Normal shedding, tangling, or wear due to usage, styling, or improper care

Any wig that has been worn, altered, washed, dyed, cut, or has the lace cut

4.⁠ ⁠Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an error with your order, you must contact us within:

48 hours of delivery

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

The original packaging (if applicable)

Do not install, cut lace, dye, wash, or alter the wig before your claim is reviewed. Any altered item may be automatically disqualified from return eligibility.

5.⁠ ⁠Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, a refund to the original payment method (only where appropriate and approved)

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

6.⁠ ⁠Return Conditions (If Approved)

Approved returns must meet these conditions:

Item must be unused and unaltered

Lace must be uncut

Wig must be in original condition and packaging

Return must be shipped within [3–7] days of approval

7.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs for Returns

If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will cover or reimburse return shipping.

If the return is due to reasons outside our control, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs (if a return is still approved).

8.⁠ ⁠International Orders

For international customers:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable.

Courier delays or customs holds are not grounds for refunds.
